With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

30 DAYS REFUND OR EXCHANGE

OUR POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Returning Products If, for whatever reason you don’t want your product then return it and in its original packaging to the address on the returns form inside the package. Postage cost are up to you, but make sure you get at least proof of postage as we will not be responsible for damage or loss in transit.

We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the above conditions are made. If you wish to exchange a product emailinfo@panaguabikes.comso we can reserve your preferred choice.

Your exchange will be sent out free delivery as soon as we receive the original order. Please note we do not refund your postage costs. If ordering as a present please keep paperwork sent with your delivery in case a return is required.

Basso Astra Chorus Bike

The Basso Astra Chorusis built for versatility, offering a seamless transition between smooth tarmac and light off-road terrain. Designed to strike the ideal balance between road racing performance and all-road adaptability, it is UCI approved and ready for a variety of riding conditions.

While it retains a strong road cycling character, the Astra has been refined to increase comfort and stability. The frame is lightweight without pushing carbon to its limits, preserving Basso's racing heritage in a more accessible package for everyday riders. Key geometry changes include dropped seatstays, a 12 mm higher stack and a 3 mm shorter reach, creating a slightly more relaxed and upright riding position. With 35 mm tyre clearance, the Astra can accommodate wider tyres, allowing riders to explore light gravel and dirt roads with confidence.

Handcrafted entirely in-house by Basso in Italy, the carbon frame is built to maximise rider enjoyment. Basso has long been a pioneer in carbon frame development, continually refining materials and construction methods to enhance performance, durability and ride quality.

Internal cable routing is achieved without compromising steering precision. Thanks to the Paradigma Stem design, the body of the stem remains cable-free, allowing for removal or adjustments without disconnecting cables. This simplifies maintenance, travel, and customisation of fit.
